PROBLEM STATEMENT
OTG needed an app to capture the segment of travelers who arrive at the airport with less than an hour to catch their flight.
With a separately managed system for ordering food on iPads stationed in gate holds and restaurants, the decision was pre-defined to go in the direction of a mobile app as a secondary customer facing channel. An application would allow the customer to browse and order ahead from the comfort of their smartphone.
